First day with the trainer

Well, I'm not sure how productive the session really was. The trainer was young and cute though, I'll say that (and be eternally thankful he doesn't read my blog, lol). He went over where to adjust each seat to get the right position and didn't like the way the bicep machine was working for me so he set me up to do that with free weights. He said it was easy to work with someone who already had good form.....someday that might refer to more than the way I workout, but alas, that time isn't now so I know he wasn't flirting. Aside from setting up each machine for proper adjustment though, all he really did was go over number of reps and sets to do, how often per week, and cardio. He didn't get into actual weight I should be using to start, so I still have to do that all myself. So that means we didn't actually do a real workout either. Oh, one good thing.....I said it was set up in groups of 4, but I was the only one for my time slot, so I had the gym (and the trainer) to myself which was nice.

More later, I just wanted to get that in while it was fresh in my mind. I need to be committed to this working out!!!!

Well at least you have that behind you and can now just commit to your workout and get the job done.

Karon- Thanks, it was rough to face the young, in-shape guy, but I did it.

Paul- So far, so good. Physics is working in my life right now and I'm still in motion.
