So disappointed
Well, I have to post that I'm exactly the same weight this week. I'm not sure at all what went wrong. I did increase the water intake, and I exercised. Not even just the 15 minutes, I mean I really exercised. My boss and her friend started working out, so I did too. A little over an hour 3x per week. I did weights and then about 30-40 minutes of cardio. I'd really hoped for a good number to help give me a boost through the holiday but I didn't get that. Now I'll have to get through on sheer force of will. I'm determined though. This week's workouts will be Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. In the future I'll be able to workout twice with them, but then I'll have to do one on my own because I'm busy with scouts and church the early part of the week. If I keep it up, something has to give, right? I sure hope so.

Oh Val! I feel for you! I forgot to weigh in this morning, but I think I too will stay the same even though I really stayed on track. Even though I am going to a friend's for dinner, I have thanksgiving all planned so i know exactly how many points I will be using!

Don't be discouraged!!! Be proud!! You are working out! Woo Hoo! Keep on doing what you are doing and the scale will have to catch up with you. Hang in there girl. You are doing great!
