Saw the Allergist

Well, that's my big news. Surprisingly there weren't any pollen allergies. So I'm not really sure what that does to my doctor's theory that seasonal allergies were the cause of my coughing. However, I do have dust mite, candida and a couple of mold allergies. That explains why my runny nose is year round. This office where I work is also incredibly dusty (no particular reason other than lazy cleaning crew). My arm still itches hours later mostly from the dust mites, I guess that one was worst.

Matt was visiting his son on Saturday, so we didn't go out then. He came up last night and we went to Olive Garden where I was VERY careful. I had a little bit chicken, a little bit of whole wheat pasta and about 1/3 of a breadstick. All in all I'm proud of that. I see a loss on the scale this morning so I don't think I did anything wrong. We went back to my house to watch a movie afterward. It was cute because he was afraid to even put his arm around me in front of Justin. Anyway, the whole thing was sweet. I still feel terrible about the length of the drive, but flattered that he wanted to do it.

Well, I need to go get more work done since I missed 1/2 day today.
